Shipping within Australia
Most of our parcels are sent using one of Australia Post’s ‘tracked’ delivery options. With larger bulky items we select the best value option from a number of different couriers or transport companies. If you prefer, we may be able to accommodate pickup by your nominated transport company, on using your own account. Please send us a message provide us the details.
Goods are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days hours after payment has been cleared.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday. None of the carriers we use offer a weekend delivery service.
Whenever possible, multiple items will be combined into one delivery, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.
Whenever possible, tracking numbers will be provided to enable you to follow the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
As a guide, delivery times are 2-5 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan cities. WA, regional and remote areas may take longer. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier we no longer have direct control over delivery times, but will work with you and the carrier, to try to track delayed deliveries.
Whist the majority of products in our range can be delivered to PO Boxes, this may not be possible for large bulky items.
International shipping will incur additional charges. On top of this some countries may impose their own import taxes, duties, or excises. Transport Hardware Australia do not have all of these details, so it is up to each customer to identify, and pay for, an additional costs incurred to import into your country. We will not be liable to pay or compensate any additional taxes of charges associated with international shipping.
We reserve the right not to ship to some countries.
