If you order has been cancelled for this reason you will be notified promptly. The appropriate refund will be also be organised and processed promptly.
If the product you want is out of stock, we will e-mail you to advise you when more stock is due. We then need you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order given the delay.
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared. The amount of time funds take to clear varies depending on the method of payment, and the financial institutions involved.
